Colorful Fall Events

Fall colors come to life in the cool mountain air of Red River, New Mexico.

Join us for upcoming exciting events such as “Aspencade Arts and Crafts Fair” September 26-28. Steampunk takes center stage during this festive event that commemorates Red River’s 1895 founding with a costume contest, fashion show, mad hatter tea party and croquet in Brandenburg Park. Aspencade is known for incredible handmade crafts, furniture, jewelry, art, along with live music, artist demonstrations and more.

That same weekend, disc golf enthusiasts are encouraged to compete in the 3rd Annual Drew Judycki Disc Golf Memorial Tournament at Red River Ski Area, September 27-28. RRSA’s 18 hole Mountain Top Disc Golf Course is nestled in an Aspen grove with beautiful panoramas of the surrounding Sangre De Cristo Mountains. Professional and Amateur Disc Golfers are invited to participate in our Professional Disc Golf Association sanctioned, two-day, C-tier tournament. Join the fun with a players’ party and tournament raffle! Learn more at www.redriverskiarea.com. (Golfer photos by Sarah Dorrance)

The fun doesn’t stop there. Just two weeks later Red River’s 18th annual Oktoberfest takes over Brandenburg Park October 10-12.

Join us for authentic German food and music, microbreweries, a pub crawl, beer tasting, bratwurst eating contest, a keg carry and the Miss and Mr. Oktoberfest competitions.
